The cultural and tourist center Gervais in Opatija consists of the ground floor, where there is a club space that can accommodate about a thousand visitors, via the Great Hall on the second floor, intended for important theater and concert productions, and possibly certain congress events, which has a capacity of 500 to 800 seats in the audience. There is a gallery above the auditorium in the central hall. On the first floor there is a Small Hall, next to which is a large foyer, and from every corner of Gervais there is a stunning view of Opatija Art Nouveau buildings, parks and the sea. Modern Line installed the aluminum facade and joinery.
